Xia Minhai, male, was born in August 1968 and has a bachelor’s degree. Mr. Xia is a certified public accountant and a senior economist. From April 1992 to April 2005, Mr. Xia served as the Manager of the Financial Department of Yuyao JF Airconditioning Equipment Co., Ltd. and the Finance Director of JF Household Furnishings Co., Ltd. He joined Techbank Food in April 2005 and has held many positions, including Finance Director of Guangdong Techbank Feed Technology Co., Ltd., General Manager of the Ningbo Branch, Chief Operating Officer of Chengdu Techbank Bioproducts Co., Ltd., and Finance Director of Techbank Food Co., Ltd. Mr. Xia currently serves as the Vice President of Techbank Food Co., Ltd.

Zhang Xiangyun, female, was born in December 1975. Ms. Zhang is a certified public accountant and holds a master’s degree in economics. Before joining Techbank Food, she served as Managing Accountant at Siemens Shanghai Mobile Communications Ltd., Finance Manager at PIC China, and Finance Director at Marini China. She joined Techbank Food in 2015 and has held various positions, including General Manager of the Planning and Finance Department, Finance Director of Hanswine Food Group, General Manager of Financial Analysis of the Planning and Finance Department and Finance Director of the Bioproducts Department (concurrently), and General Manager of the Securities Business Department, successively. Ms. Zhang is currently the Vice President and Board Secretary of Techbank Food Co., Ltd.

Zhang Bingliang, male, was born in March 1968. Mr. Zhang holds a bachelor’s degree and is Associate Research Fellow. During his career, Mr. Zhang held different roles, including Deputy Director and Director of the Science and Technology Division of Freshwater Fisheries Research Center, CAFS, Director, Deputy General Manager, and Board Secretary of Techbank Food Co., Ltd., Chairman of Huzhou Lianjiachuan Aquaculture Cooperative, and General Manager of Wuxi Xintu Network Technology Co., Ltd. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Techbank Food Co., Ltd.

Du Chao, male, was born in June 1986 and has a master’s degree. As a certified public accountant, Mr. Du has held different positions at Techbank Food Co., Ltd., including Assistant to General Manager, Deputy General Manager, and General Manager of the Planning and Finance Department.
